The World Health Organization (WHO), The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) are collaborating to organize the First Meeting of the GI-AI4H.
This event is set to take place at KACST in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from the 30th of October to the 2nd of November 2023.
This inaugural meeting marks the beginning of a sequence of scheduled meetings associated with the WHO-ITU-WIPO GI-AI4H initiative. As the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hosts this meeting, the meeting will play a main role in connecting member states for knowledge exchange and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship related to Healthcare.
The primary objective of this initiative is to empower Member States by bringing Artificial Intelligence (AI) closer to the public, thereby fostering an improved, sustainable, and intelligent health care system.
